Order Tracking

If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, you can contact us for the tracking information. Please note that some orders using USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

We do not include shipping charges as part of the advertised price of equipment and parts. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, the size of the shipping container, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you do not agree with the shipping charges.

Out-Of-Stock Items

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order.

Non-Deliverable Addresses

We do not ship equipment by freight to residential, PO Boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Customer-Arranged Shipping Or Pickup

The customer assumes all responsibility and liability for product shipping they arrange or pick up themselves.

Taxes And Fees

Wisconsin and local sales tax will be calculated on your order total on all items shipped within the State Of Wisconsin. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, or other costs that are added by the carrier or your local municipality.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

How To Return An Item:

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 21 consecutive calendar days of your purchase.

1. Please contact us first to request a refund authorization.
2. Mail your returned item to the address we provide.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Merchandise that has been used, installed, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Restocking And Order Cancellation Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking and order cancellation fee, and this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund any shipping and handling charges that you paid on the order for items that have shipped.


If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for one of identical value. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay all shipping charges.
